Course Content The aim of this graduate seminar is to give the student an awareness of the various foreign policy issues that confront Turkey. An attempt will be made to discuss the causes and consequences of the various crises and regional problems between Turkey and its neighbors. The Turco-Greek problems, the Cyprus dispute, Turkey's relations with the Middle Eastern states and with the Turkish republics of the former Soviet Union, as well as the Turco-American and Turco-European ties will be examined.
