Course Content The aim of this graduate course is to give the student an awareness of the various domestic and international factors that influence government, politics and foreign policymaking in the five Central Asian states and in Azerbaijan. In addition to the history of the region, we will examine the contemporary developments and we will try to project the future shape of the region's socio-political and geopolitical landscape.
